You "may" get 5% off from big chain ie Fortress, Broadway, Tai Lin, Cheung Yun (not sure about the spelling), depending on whether there is a promotion.  You can play them against each other sometimes.  This place is where almost all people I know of bought their electronics product.  Full reliability and decent return policy for Asian standard.

Quite a few places but I typically suggest checking at Mong Kok MTR Exit E2 (Bank Center) on one building.  Search old posts on the name of the building.  For these kinds of shops, even local got cheated sometimes.  Think

The extra charge on a credit card is an issue in HK.  While some try to pass the bill it's illegal for extra charge on credit card usage, opponent indicates that that's a limitation on competition.  For tourist, expected extra charge on credit card after you bargain for these kinds of shop and no charge for large chains I mentioned above.
