ขอบคุณครับ ที่ให้ข้อมูลและสอบถามมา
สำหรับหัวIEC-เงิน(AC-01 Ag) และหัวปลั๊ก รุ่นTi2000/G8095 (เข้าใจว่าคุณหมอทีเจ คงหมายถึงหัวรุ่นนี้) เสียบเข้าไม่สุดนั้น น่าจะเป็นประเด็นนี้หรือเปล่า ซึ่งผมขอเรียนให้ทราบดังนี้
เนื่องจากหัวปลั๊กของIeGoนั้น เมื่อใช้ครั้งแรกนั้น จะเสียบค่อนข้างTight มากๆๆครับ จนบางคนนึกว่าเสียบสุดแล้ว แต่จริงๆ ยังไม่เข้าครับ ซึ่งต้องค่อยๆขยับเข้าไปสำหรับการใช้ครั้งแรกครับ
เขาให้เหตุผลประมาณว่า เนื่องจาก ท้าย IEC Socket มีหลายชนิดและหลายเกรด บางชนิดขั้วเสียบ หรือPin ของIEC อาจมีขนาดเล็ก ประกอบกับเนื้อโลหะของIEC Power cord connector (ตามรูป)ค่อนข้างบริสุทธิมากหรือ%สูงมาก เช่น 99.999% ประมาณนี้ครับ ทางIeGo จึงออกแบบทำให้เสียบกระชับหรือFix ไว้ก่อน เพื่อไม่เกิดการล้าของโลหะในภายหลัง หรือเสียบแล้วหลวมกับIeC ธรรมดาที่มักติดมากับเครื่องบางชนิดแล้วหลวมครับ
ผมก็อปแนะนำการเสียบของฝรั่งแนะนำมาให้ด้วยครับ
" Please note IeGO Ti2000 series plugs, especially the IEC plug are very TIGHT when first used, care must be take to slowly wiggle it into your equipment and brute force should not be used to force it in. It is vital that excessive force is not exerted onto the components.
It is recommended to plug IEC end into your equipment first, before plugging the NEMA AC plug onto the wall sockets when IEC end is tight, and need some work to have it inserted."อย่างไรก็ดีครับ เมื่อเสียบจดสุดแล้ว(เสียบเปล่าๆ ยังไม่ติดตั้งIEC กับท้ายเครื่อง จะเหลือระยะห่าง ระหว่างหัวปลั๊กไฟที่มาเสียบ กับท้าย IEC socket ราวๆ 3mm. ครับ อันนี้คงเผื่อไว้กรณี ลูกค้าหรือคนผลิตเครื่องเสียง นำ IEC socket ไปติดตั้งจากด้านในเครื่องออกมา ซึ่งจะมีความหนาของตัวแท่นเครื่องมาเกี่ยวข้อง จะได้ไม่ติดแท่นเครื่องครับ
อย่างไรรบกวนคุณหมอทีเจ ลองดูอีกทีนะครับ ว่าใช้กรณีเดียว กับที่ผมให้ข้อมูลหรือเปล่านะครับ
