มีใครทราบวิธีใช้หรือมีคู่มือไหมครับรบกวนแนะนำด้วยครับ

ใช้งานไม่อยากครับ ด้านล้างเราจะเห็นที่หมุน เพื่อหาเบอร์หลอดที่เราต้องการ Test หมุนหาเบอร์เลยครับ สมุติเราต้องการ Test เบอร์ 12AU7 เราก็หมุนหาเบอร์หลอด 12AU7 เมื่อพบแล้ว เราจะต้องปรับค่าต่าง ๆ บนหน้าปัดเครื่อง ตามที่คู่มือ ก็คือ ตัวที่เราหมุนหานั้นแหละครับ ปรับให้ตรงตามที่คู่มือบนหน้าปัดที่บอกครับ ก็จะมีรายละเอียดเค้า ๆ แบบนี้คือ ปรับไฟไส้หลอด ปรับกริด ปรับเพท กระปรับกระแส ค่อย ๆ ศึกษาไปครับ ก็เหมือนมิเตอร์ธรรมดาของเรานี้แหละครับ เราจะวัดที่โอห็ม เราก็หมุนซีเลคเตอร์ไปที่การวัดความต้านทาน ถ้าเราจะวัดโวห์ล เราก็ต้องหมุนไปที่โวห์ล แล้วก็เลือกโวห์ลมากน้อยตามแต่ที่เราจะวัดครับ

I'd check the AC voltage first.  Maybe it running on 110VAC.  You should also check the PS caps inside before you fire it up.

ผมมีหนังสือคู่มือครับแต่เป็นของซิมสันจะใช้กันได้หรือเปล่าก็บ่อฮู้

You might want to take a look at this --> ftp://bama.sbc.edu/downloads/radiocit/rc314/  It's the user manual for RC314 tube tester.  I think it's pretty much the same as your RC315. 

I would also recommend anyone who has an interest in old equipments (i.e. oscillocope, counters, testers, etc.) to check this website out --> http://bama.sbc.edu   BAMA (Boat Anchor Manual Archive) is a great site.  FULL of information.  They also have schematic diagrams for tube Heathkit, EICO, TELEFUKEN, etc.

In the U.S. these old equipment are called Boat Anchor because they weigh a ton!! You can them for next to nothing.  O0  I bought an older analog Textronix oscilloscope, HP frequency counter, EICO capcitor tester, etc. for peanuts.  :yahoo  My Textronix oscope was a military model and it's built like a tank.
