..... มันสับสนดีอ่ะครับ .... เพราะใน link ของ FIFA ที่ผมเจออันแรก จะมี section ของ รอบคัดเลือกไว้ในอีกส่วนหนึ่งต่างหาก ( IV. Organisation of the competition หน้า 5-6 ) .... ส่วนที่ผม qoute มานั้น เป็นส่วนของรอบสุดท้าย ( XVIII. Technical rules for the final competition  หน้า 17) .... สังเกตดูตรงที่เค๊าเริ่ม จาก การแบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่ม A ถึง H  ก่อน......



อันนี้ เป็น section ของ รอบคัดเลือก นะครับ ...


7 In the league system the ranking in each group is determined as follows:

(a) greater number of points obtained in all the group matches; If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above criterion, their ranking shall be determined as follows:

(b) greater number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;

( goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;

(d) greater number of goals scored in the group matches between the teams concerned;

(e) goal difference in all the group matches;

(f) greater number of goals scored in all the group matches;

(g) a play-off on neutral ground.





แต่ วันนี้ อ่านเจอ ใน สตาร์ซอคเกอร์ ... เค๊ามีอีก 2 links ของ Fifa ดูเหมือนว่า จะมีการเปลี่ยนกฎ กันอีกรอบตอนปลายปีที่แล้ว ..... คราวนี้ ใช้นับประตูได้เสีย แบบธรรมดาก่อน


สงสัย จะเอาไว้แกล้งพวกที่ พนันแทงผล มั๊งครับ.... แหะ แหะ

กฎ Head to head หรือ มินิลีค จะใช้ในบอลโลกรอบคัดเลือกเท่านั้นครับ
สำหรับบอลโลกรอบสุดท้ายจะใช้ระบบประตูได้เสียครับ
อย่างเช่น คืนนี้ ถ้าเชคเสมอ และกานาเสมอ เชคจะได้เข้ารอบครับ แม้ Head to head กาน่าจะดีกว่าครับ
ถ้าผมทราบมาผิด เด๋วพรุ่งนี้ก็ทราบเองครับว่าใครจะเข้ารอบ

กฎน่าจะเหมือนแชมป์เปี้ยนลีกส์  ยังคุณ rhino อธิบายนั้นละครับ เอาทีมที่มีส่วนได้เสียมาคิดกันก่อน ทีมตกรอบไปแล้วไม่ต้องมานับ ถ้ายังเท่ากันทุกอย่าง ค่อยไปนับประตูทีมที่ยิงโตโก

WHAT IF TWO TEAMS FINISH LEVEL IN THE GROUP STAGE?


If two or more teams finish level on points at the end of the first round stage, a series of criteria determines their finishing order in the group table.

The first is who has the superior goal difference over the group games.


Should the teams still be level, whichever team has scored the highest number of goals will advance, or if that fails, it will come down to which team took most points when they played each other.

As a final resort, if none of these factors can separate the teams, the World Cup organising committee will draw lots.

คือถ้าแตมเท่ากันเขาเริ่มนับที่ประตูได้-เสียก่อนครับ ต่อมาเป็นประตูได้ ถ้ายังเท่ากันเขาจะใช้กฏ head to head แล้วถ้านัดที่เจอกันเองเสมอกันอีกเขาก็จะจับสลากครับ

ถ้าสวิสเสมอเข้ารอบทันทีครับ เกาหลีต้องลุ้นไม่ให้ฝรั่งเศสชนะโดยยิงเกิน 1 ประตูหากตัวเองทำได้แค่เสมอสวิส

นั่นเป็นการคิด แบบ ประตูได้เสียปกติ มั๊งครับ


แต่ถ้าดูกฎข้างต้น  ถ้า สวิส เสมอ เกาหลี แล้ว ฝรั่งเศส ชนะ โตโก   ทั้ง 3 ทีม มี 5 คะแนนเท่ากัน


..... ขั้นแรก ข้อ b c d จะพิจารณา เฉพาะ ในกลุ่ม 3 ทีมนี้ ที่คะแนนเท่ากันก่อน ..... น่าจะเป็นแบบที่เค๊าเรียกกันว่า mini league ....


b แต้มที่ได้ จากการแข่งกัน ของ 3 ทีมนี้  ..... เสมอกันหมด ..... ต้องไปที่ข้อ c

c ประตูได้ เสีย  จากการแข่งกัน ของ 3 ทีมนี้  ..... เท่ากัน ..... ต้องไปที่ข้อ d

(d) greater number of goals scored in the group matches between the teams concerned ...... ประตู ที่ ทำได้จากการแข่งกันกันเองในกลุ่ม 3 ทีมนี้



ผลเดิม  ฝรั่งเศส 0 สวิส 0   เกาหลี 1 ฝรั่งเศส 1


ถ้า สวิส เสมอ เกาหลี 0-0 ...... เกาหลี กะ ฝรั่งเศส จะเข้านะครับ  เพราะ ได้มา 1 ประตู จาก เกมส์ ที่เตะกะ ฝรั่งเศส ..... ส่วน สวิส  เสมอ มา 0-0 ทั้ง 2 ครั้ง ไม่ได้สักประตู ..... ตกรอบมั๊ง ?


ถ้า สวิส เสมอ เกาหลี 1-1 ..... เกาหลีจะเข้าอีกเช่นกัน เพราะได้มากกว่า สวิส 1 ลูกอยู่ดี ..... ส่วน สวิส กะ ฝรั่งเศส ยิงได้คนละลูก ......  ต้องไปวัดกันต่อที่กฏข้อต่อไป  e ประตูได้เสีย ... f ประตูที่ยิงได้ จาก แมทซ์ทั้งหมด


ถ้า สวิส เสมอ เกาหลี 2-2 ..... เกาหลีจะเข้าอีกเช่นกัน เพราะได้มากกว่า สวิส 1 ลูกอยู่ดี ....  ส่วน สวิส จะยิงได้มากกว่า ฝรั่งเศส แล้วทีนี้ ...... สวิส เข้า ฝรั่งเศส ตก มั๊ง ...



ดู ดู แล้ว .... เกาหลีมีลุ้นแฮะ ..... แค่เสมอ ก้อเข้ารอบแล้ว ..... ไม่ต้องสนใจว่า ฝรั่งเศส จะชนะเท่าใดด้วย

ในขณะที่  ฝรั่งเศส ต้องลุ้น ให้ สวิส - เกาหลี มีผล แพ้ชนะ ..... หรือ ไม่ก้อลุ้น ให้ออก เสมอ 0-0  .... แต่ถ้า ออกมา 1- 1  ฝรั่งเศส ต้องยิง โตโก ให้กระจาย ..... ห้ามออกมา 2-2 ขึ้นไปเด็ดขาด .....



อันนี้ผมลองคิดจาก กฎที่ link มาข้างต้นนะครับ ..... ทั่นอื่นๆ มีความเห็นว่าอย่างไร ....    แบบว่า ผมไม่ค่อยชำนาญเรื่องนี้ซะด้วยสิ แหะ แหะ

    2-3 วันนี้ ผมอ่านเจอข่าว + ฟังวิทยุ + อ่านกระทู้ เกี่ยวกับ กฏ การเข้ารอบ 2 ในกรณี ที่คะแนนเท่ากัน ..... ซึ่ง มีการให้ความเห็นกันไปหลายทิศทาง ก้อเลยไปลองค้น ๆ ดู .... ได้ความมาแบบนี้ครับ

XVIII. Technical rules for the final competition Art. 30 The final competition shall be played in two rounds. First round Art. 31

1 The 32 teams taking part in the final competition shall be divided into eight groups of four teams each.


2 The Organising Committee for the FIFA World CupTM shall divide the teams into groups by seeding and drawing lots in public, whilst taking sports, geographic and economic factors into consideration, as far as possible.


3 The teams in the eight groups shall be designated as follows:
