เอาไปเล่นกับ DVDรุ่นเก่าที่ไม่รองรับ DVD- RW ก็ไม่สามารถเล่นได้ครับ แม้จะ finalize แล้วก้ตาม แต่ถ้าเป็น DVD-R  Finalize  แล้วเล่นได้ทั้งหมด

It could be the recording mode problem.

If you record in Video Recording (VR) mode, the compatibility is less than video mode.

I think the way to check is if you happen to record program with Nicam and the NIcam still works on your DVD-RW on your DVD recoder, then it's likely VR mode.

Why VR mode?  It's my understanding that this mode offers flexibility in editing, building the menu, do the chapter while the more widely compatible Video mode offers less.  You need to choose which mode you want before you make a copy krub

Trade off krub between editing power and compatibility.

Just my 2 cents krub as I'm looking to buy one DVD recorder now for chase playing the TV program krub.

ผมทำ  Finalize  ที่แผ่นแล้วน่ะครับ  และที่คู่มือบอกว่ารองรับแต่ DVD-RW เท่านั้น

ใช่แล้วครับ ถ้าเป็นแผ่น DVD-RW ต้องทำการ Finalize แผ่นประมาณ 2 นาทีก่อนเสมอ
แต่ถ้าไม่อยากรอก็ใช้แบบ DVD+RW ไม่ต้อง Finalize ซึ่งใช้ได้กับ Player แทบทุกรุ่นครับ

อาจต้องมีการสั่งให้แผ่น close session ก่อนมั๊งครับ

ลองมาอัดรายการโทรทัศน์ดูแล้ว  เอาไปเปิดที่ใหนไม่ได้เลยไม่รู้เป็นเพราะอะไร      โอ่โอ  ลืมบอกไปใช้แผ่น DVD -RW
