ผมก็สนใจในเรื่องการวัดค่าทางไฟฟ้าค่อนข้างมากครับ..จะวัดก่อนฟังเสมอ..นี้คือผลของ OPT แบบวงแหวนของร้านแสงทองที่ 15Khz ดูไม่ดีเลย

ผมเข้าใจว่าทาง SAC Thailand ก็ทำ OPT ส่งออกด้วยนะครับ เคยเห็นมีการ post กันใน Audio Asylum ลอง search หาคำว่า Silk Transformer ดูน่าจะเจอครับ

Thank you for your reply.  The weather in L.A. is very nice right now.  I live in Torrance, 3-miles from the beach and the weather is just right!     In regards to OPT specs, I know that specs is not the be-all end-all to picking equipment.  Otherwise, we wouldn't be listening to tube gear.  I was just wondering about the quality of SAC OPT and would to know if anyone have experience using them in their amp.  They probably can't compete with Tango or Tamura but they don't cost as much either.  I'm not building a big $$$$ SE amp. I'm building a $$ amp using salvaged parts.  What would be interesting is to see if Thai made OPT can compare favorably with say Hammond OPT.  A Hammond 125ESE from Antique Electronic Supply (http://www.tubesandmore.com) cost $37.24 ea. If Thai made OPT can compete well with the Hammond in terms of sound quality and build and cost less $$, then I would to build my amp using Thai made OPT.

การวัดค่าพื้นฐานทางไฟฟ้าเป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่ใช้เป็นส่วนประกอบในการออกแบบและสร้างอุปกรณ์อีเลคทรอนิคส์ครับ เราคงไม่สามารถจะหันหลังให้กับมันได้ ต้องยอมรับว่าทาง SAC เองก็มีความจริงใจที่แสดงการผลการวัดของผลิตภัณฑ์ของทางบริษัท ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานทั่วไปทางด้าน engineering ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้มีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับคุณภาพเสียง หรือผลทดสอบทางด้าน subjective แต่การวัดปริมาณต่างๆ เช่น การตอบสนองความถี่, ค่า leakage inductance หรือ ค่า primary inductance ถือว่าเป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นซึ่งใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบอย่างหนึ่งของการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ครับ

        เอาความเห็นและตามความรู้สึกของผมจริงๆ นะครับ OPT ที่คุณว่า Spec. look good ไม่ได้เป็นดรรชนีวัดค่า Sound must be good. นะครับ ที่คุณเห็น ผมมองเป็นแค่เรื่องราวทางด้าน Marketing ซะมากกว่า ถ้า Spec ดี และให้เสียงดีด้วยผมว่า Tango และ Tamura เตรียมเลิกกิจการได้เลยครับ
        ผมคิดว่าปัจจุบันไม่น่าจะมีสูตรความลับใดๆ ในเรื่องของแบบนี้อีกแล้ว สิ่งที่ชัดเจน คือความแตกต่างอยู่ที่คุณภาพของแกนเหล็กที่ดีๆ ส่วนการพันที่เรียบร้อยและถูกต้องที่สุดในโลกคงเป็นมือมนุษย์ ที่เครื่องจักรคงเรียงเส้นสู้ไม่ได้เท่านั้นครับ
        หม้อแปลง OPT ในไทยคุณภาพยังติดค้างอยู่ที่แกนเหล็กที่ดีที่สุด ที่เราจะหานำมาใช้ได้ก็ยังไม่ค่อยดีพอ ตอนนี้จริงๆได้แค่เกินกว่า H14 ไปเล็กน้อย เผาเหล็กกันแล้วเผาเหล็กกันอีก บาง Lot จนเป็นเงาละเลื่อมเหมือนผิวงูเห่าต้องแสงอาทิตย์เลย  ใครที่เคยลองพันมือแล้ววัดค่า Henry ดูบ่อยๆ คงพอจะทราบดี  ต่อให้พันพิสดารร้อยแปดกระบวนท่ายังไง ตัวเล็กๆ ขนาดไม่เกิน 10W SE type ราคาซื้อขาย ก็ไม่น่าเกิน 1000-2000 บาท/ตัวครับ ผมวัดความลงตัวเรื่องการเลือก OPT อยู่ในด้านราคาการลงทุนที่สมเหตุผลครับ
        ตัว OPT ที่ให้เสียงดีที่สุดสำหรับแอมป์งาน DIY ที่หูถั่วๆ ผมเคยฟังมาคือ Tango และ Tamura เอาเป็นว่าถ้าผมทำแอมป์หลอดตัวต่อๆ ไปผมก็ยังจะเลือกใช้ OPT เจ้าที่คุณภาพและราคาสมเหตุสมผลในบ้านเราอยู่  แต่ถ้าเผื่อตั้งใจว่าจะ Upgrade ครั้งใหญ่ในอนาคต คงต้องจะกัดฟันเลือกซื้อ Tamura มาใช้งานครับ

I am courious about the quality and sound of Thai made output transformers.� I have been reading about SILK OPT from SAC Thailand and the specs looks good.� Does anyone have experience with these OPT?� Also what about custom wound OPT that you can order from Ban Moe?� Any good?� What about price?� In the US most people test their amp out by buying Hammond OPT ususally 125ESE.� Quality OPT Tamura, James, Electraprint, are very expensive in the US.� I usually use OPT from old stereo equipment and console amps.� They are pretty small (no bass) but the mids is good and roll off highs.� If Thai OPT are good value, I to try it on my rig.
