I don't know about discount but I only know that foreigner should pay 5% tax. My information about this is 5-6Y old and maybe obsoleted. Chech current rule yourself.

If the XE-20S is about 18000Y/pcs, then F-2005/2007 should be about 43000Y/pcs. It's just 27000Y 4Y ago, but the new lot (Manufactured about 4Y ago) increase the price to 43000Y/pcs, expensive than permalloy F-7000 series (still 38000Y/pcs in Akihabara) at today. Because, the F-7000 series still be old lot, those be manufactured about 7-8Y ago. My information above may have some error but I though it's very close. Another thing, I heard that Tamura have plan to stop audio trans line within this 2Y. (Not confirm!!) They may manufacture a big lot of all series to market before stop, that will increase the price in whole market, not matter it's old lot or new lot. If you have plan to get Tammy, please consider to do before that time. Good luck.

 :)เท่าที่ดูราคาผมว่าราคาหลอดใน Japan นี่แพงกว่าบ้านเรามากเหมือนกันนะครับ..ไม่แปลกใจเลยที่ต้องสู้กับ Bidder ใน Japan ค่อนข้างบ่อยๆบน E-bay ครับ..ผมเคยคุยกับเพื่อน Diy ใน ญี่ปุ่นเขาบอกว่าคนของเขากลับมองว่าเราโชคดีกว่าพวกเขามากเพราะบ้านเราถือเป็นแหล่งหลอดแหล่งใหญ่เหมือนกันครับ  แต่ผมว่ากว่าพวกเราจะรู้ว่าเรามีของดีอยู่ก็ โดนพวก ยุ่นปี่ กวาดหลอดของบ้านเราเข้าประเทศเขาไปไม่รู้เท่าไหร่แล้วครับ..เหมือนกับแอมป์โรงหนังสมัยก่อนที่เป็น western Electric ส่วนมากจะพบเห็นที่ญี่ปุ่นเป็นส่วนมาก ใน US ไม่มีเหลือแล้วครับ..

ผมว่าถ้ามีโอกาศได้ไปญี่ปุ่นน่าจะซื้อ Output Transformer Tango หรือ Tamura กลับมานะครับ..รับรองว่าไม่เหนื่อยเปล่าๆแน่ครับ..บ้านเราแพงกว่ามากหรือสั่งเองก็มีค่าส่งค่อนข้างแพงมากครับ
