หลอด 12b4a ที่จุดไบอัสมี Rp 2.33K ใช้ interstage ที่มี turn ratio 2:1 จะได้ secondary impedance ลดลง 2*2 = 4 เท่า = 2.33K/4 = 583R
R terminate ให้ Rp ของหลอดที่ drive กับ reflection impedance ของ R ที่ terminate grid ด้าน secondary
ให้ Rp มีค่าต่ำกว่าซัก 4-10 เท่า
.........R terminate = 4-10 เท่าของ Rp = 9.32K-23.3K
Inductance ของ interstage ซึ่งค่า reactance ของมันควรจะมีค่าสูงกว่า Rp ของหลอด drive ซัก 4 เท่าขึ้นไป
ไม่งั้น bass จะ roll off เกินไป
